The Espace Millenium is an apartment complex in the heart of a new urban district in Montpellier. The complex is remarkable, with a futuristic design and a large variety of apartment types. The apartments have spacious patios, loggias and balconies, all of which have views of the green surroundings of the Parc Marianne area. In Parc Marianne, there will be additional facilities such as a secondary school, a centre for modern art and various shops. Within the Espace Millenium project much attention was given to the finishing of the apartments, to the presentation of public amenities and to public spaces. The apartments meet the highest requirements in the area of comfort, including more reinforced sound insulation. There was a considerable investment in energy savings - including the mixing system for the hot water facility by means of district heating and solar panels.
