Description
Lying to the south of Paris, Massy is a French town bustling with economic and cultural activities, thanks to its TGV (high-speed train) station. Moreover, with no less than 120 hectares of parks, public gardens and tree-lined streets, Massy is a green city. In the new residential district of Palaiseau, Bouwfonds Marignan developed the Dominance project around the TGV station, which consists of a T-shaped apartment complex. The complex, surrounded by trees, lawns and flower borders, looks down on lower-lying pedestrian paths. The modern, austere-yet-playful design of the building, with its large balconies, raised patios and spacious hall, emits a distinctly contemporary atmosphere. The homes vary from studios to five-room apartments, each with a wide choice of layout options to satisfy the various wishes of the occupants. The spacious balconies provide the occupants with additional living space, serving as an extension of the living room, as it were.
