Location
Description
The French Ferney-Voltaire is situated on the west side of Lake Geneva, with the Swiss border as its eastern boundary. There, Bouwfonds Marignan realised the Résidence des Sablons project on a site measuring some 17,500 square metres. The location offers an unobstructed view of the Alps and Mont Blanc. The complex comprises six buildings around a large, central garden, with a total of 104 homes, ranging in size from two-room to five-room apartments. The average floor space of the apartments is nearly 100 square metres, designed to meet the demand for large family apartments. Each apartment has its own large balcony or patio. Because of the building's location in the city centre, the residents benefit from extensive public transport services, for example, to the international organisations in the centre of Geneva.
