Head Office

The head office of Bouwfonds Development, which is located in Hoevelaken, houses the Management Team of Bouwfonds Property Development  and various staff departments.

Country management

Besides focusing on the Netherlands, Germany and France our international Bouwfonds Property Development umbrella organisation is also active in various other European countries. In addition to an international general management, most countries have their own management boards. 

Board of the Rabo Real Estate Group

Bouwfonds Property Development is a division of the Rabo Real Estate Group, Rabobank's property company. The Chair of the Board of Directors of Bouwfonds Property Development is a member of the Board of the Rabo Real Estate Group.
